Commercial Interconnected Door Levers

Shop commercial interconnected door levers that combine lever-latch operation with coordinated deadbolt hardware. The live assortment includes keyed-entry, passage, and other interconnected lever configurations for multifamily, office, hospitality, and commercial-style openings. Because interconnected systems depend on a specific relationship between the latch, deadbolt, trim, and internal chassis, replacement hardware should be matched by door preparation rather than appearance alone. Compare backset, bore spacing, handing when required, cylinder or keying format, trim dimensions, door thickness, function, and manufacturer compatibility before ordering.

Commercial Interconnected Door Levers

Commercial interconnected door levers use a lever-operated latch as part of a coordinated lock assembly that also incorporates deadbolt hardware or another connected locking component. The configuration can reduce the number of unrelated trim pieces on an opening and is used in multifamily, hospitality, office and other commercial-style door applications.

Door preparation is a critical selection point. Interconnected lever locks require the latch and deadbolt locations to align with the chassis and trim specified by the manufacturer. Before replacing an existing set, measure the backset, bore arrangement and spacing between preparations, and compare the new hardware's trim footprint with the existing door.

The lock function determines how the lever and deadbolt operate. Products may be configured for keyed entry, office, passage or other functions, and some are supplied with cylinders while others use a particular keyway or core preparation. Confirm the required function and keying arrangement rather than assuming that all interconnected lever sets operate the same way.

Also check handing, door thickness, lever orientation, trim dimensions and included components. Some interconnected lever hardware is handed, and replacement installations may expose old mounting marks if the new escutcheon or rose has a different footprint. Manufacturer and series compatibility become especially important when only part of an existing system is being replaced.

Commercial and multifamily openings can be subject to egress, accessibility, fire-rating and other project requirements. Use the individual product specifications and manufacturer instructions to verify the complete opening. When possible, identify the existing manufacturer and model before selecting a replacement interconnected lever lockset.
