The PDQ 3100 Series is a Grade 1 surface door closer designed for commercial doors with moderate traffic. The 3100 body adjusts from spring size 3 through 6 and is built with a high-strength aluminum alloy body, hydraulic-controlled closing and standard adjustable hydraulic backcheck.
Features and specifications
- ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1; PDQ states UL listed for up to 3-hour fire doors.
- Spring size: adjustable 3–6 (3100 model).
- Default PA tri-pack arm supports regular, top-jamb and parallel-arm installation.
- Choose a documented arm configuration and one of four painted finishes.
- Streamline plastic cover is optional; a complete PA-with-cover configuration is available.
- 25-year limited warranty according to PDQ.
