FASTENERS 1260, 1460, 1460T series closers are shipped with: A standard SELF-REAMING and TAPPING SCREW (SRT) pack that contains Philips head SRT screws to install the closer. 1250 and 1450 series closers are shipped with: A universal screw pack to include self reaming and tapping screws (SRT), machine screws and wood screws. Standard LCN thru bolts (TB) can be installed on 1-3/4Ë (44 mm) thick doors with 1/4-20 machine screws. Optional thru bolt (TB) sizes are available for 1-5/8Ë (41 mm) or 1-3/8Ë (35 mm) door thickness, but this must be specified when ordering

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.

Special ordered products are not returnable.
