We offer standard and expedited shipping options to help you get your order as quickly as possible. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected, but all orders require processing time before shipment.
We pride ourselves on fast shipping and will do our best to ship your item within 24 hours. Larger orders may be shipped by common carrier when needed.

How Expedited Shipping Is Calculated
Expedited shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the item. To see your shipping cost, simply add the item to your cart. Shipping charges will be displayed before any credit card information is required. Your shipping address must be entered to view expedited rates.
Special Shipping Conditions
Some shipments may require additional review or adjusted freight charges based on destination or package size.
Shipments to international locations, Alaska, and Hawaii may be subject to shipping changes.
Oversized packages or freight shipments may require special pricing. If any changes are required, customer service will notify you.
You can safely add items to your cart to preview shipping options and costs. You are free to remove items at any time before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact customer service right away.
We will begin an investigation with the shipping carrier to help retrieve your package. This process may take up to 5 business days.
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes the investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
Factory Direct Hardware is not responsible for stolen packages.
If your tracking says delivered, first check around your property, with household members, and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the shipment, contact us immediately so we can help start the carrier review process.
