Step 1: Open the Chat Assistant

Look at the bottom-left corner of your screen on any page of our website. Click on the chat widget icon to open our instant assistant.

 

Step 2: Select "Track My Order"

Once the chat window opens, you'll see a few quick help options. Click on the Track my order button to get started.

 

Step 3: Enter Your Order Details

In the pop-up form, enter your:

  • Order Number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • Email Address (used when placing the order)

Once entered, click the Track my order button to view your current order status and shipment progress!
