The Kwikset 405BL-S Balboa is a keyed-entry door lever for exterior or secured interior doors. A key operates the exterior side, while the interior turn piece locks and unlocks the door from inside.
This lever uses a SmartKey Security cylinder. SmartKey Security lets the owner re-key the cylinder to a compatible Kwikset KW1 key without removing the lock from the door. The adjustable latch accommodates common 2-3/8″ and 2-3/4″ backsets, and the trim is intended for standard residential door preparation.
The lockset includes the keyed exterior trim, interior turn-piece trim, and the latch/strike hardware identified by the selected product configuration.
