The Kwikset 156MILSQT Milan is a keyed-entry door lever for exterior or secured interior doors. A key operates the exterior side, while the interior turn piece locks and unlocks the door from inside.
This lever uses a SmartKey Security cylinder. SmartKey Security lets the owner re-key the cylinder to a compatible Kwikset KW1 key without removing the lock from the door. The adjustable latch accommodates common 2-3/8″ and 2-3/4″ backsets, and the trim is intended for standard residential door preparation.
The lockset includes the keyed exterior trim, interior turn-piece trim, and the latch/strike hardware identified by the selected product configuration. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
