The Schlage F170SAC619COLLH Sacramento is a one-sided, non-turning dummy door lever with Collins trim. It is designed as a decorative pull for the inactive side of a double door, a closet door, or another opening that does not need a working latch or lock.
This is the left hand configuration. The lever surface mounts to one face of a 1-3/8″ to 1-3/4″ door without a latch or bore hole. One lever assembly and its mounting hardware are supplied for the selected configuration.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
