The Emtek B130310 is a 10 ft flat-track barn-door hardware kit configured for one sliding interior door. It combines the track and operating hardware needed to suspend and guide a compatible barn door.
Emtek barn-door systems use heavy-duty 1/4″ track, sealed wheel bearings, adjustable stops, an anti-jump mechanism, and a floor guide. The supported structure must be designed for the installed door and hardware load.

- RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Products are in original packaging.
- Products have not been installed or used.
- Clearance returns are not accepted.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
