The Emtek 97304 is a solid-brass ball tip hinge finial set designed for 4″ Emtek heavy-duty solid-brass hinges. The screw-on tips add a decorative ball tip profile to the top and bottom of compatible hinges.
Each complete set contains four hinge tips. The tips measure 1/2″ in diameter with a 0.59″ projection. Confirm the existing hinge size, duty classification, and solid-brass hinge construction before ordering.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:
- RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Products are in original packaging.
- Products have not been installed or used.
- Clearance returns are not accepted.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
