The Copper Creek DB6410 is a Grade 2 heavy-duty commercial single-cylinder deadbolt with keyed exterior access and an interior thumbturn for controlled entry and convenient egress.
Its free-spinning guard cover, anti-pry shield, reinforced strike, and 3-hour UL listing support commercial openings. The non-handed deadbolt fits 1-3/8″ to 1-3/4″ doors and uses a 2-3/4″ standard backset with 2-3/8″ optional.

- RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Products are in original packaging.
- Products have not been installed or used.
- Clearance returns are not accepted.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
