Warranty Assistance for GEO Products
If you purchased a GEO product from Factory Direct Hardware and need warranty assistance, please contact us with your order number, product SKU, photos if applicable, and a description of the issue. We can help review the order information and provide direction based on the product and manufacturer requirements.
Warranty requests may require proof of purchase, product photos, installation details, and confirmation that the product was installed and used under normal conditions. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, job-site damage, cleaning chemicals, or normal wear may not be covered.
