The Kwikset 720H-5V1 Hancock knob is a non-locking passage set for interior doors where privacy is not required. Turning either handle retracts the latch so the door can be opened from both sides.
Use it on hall, closet, pantry or connecting-room doors that need an operating latch without a locking function. This is an active two-sided lockset, not a one-sided dummy pull.

- Products have not been installed or used.
- Clearance returns are not accepted.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
