- SecuriCare 10-year Warranty
- Duration: Ten years from date of shipment
- Condition: Any reason including, but not limited to, installation error, vandalism or force majeure.
- Replacement: Replacement product or equivalent shipped at HES expense.
- Products Covered: When installed with a Smart PAC III, the following electric strikes are upgraded to the 10-year warranty: 1006, 1500, 1600, 4500, 5000, 5200, 5300, 7000, 7501, 8000, 8300, 8500, 9200, 9400, 9500, 9600, 9700, 9800; Folger Adam 310, 712, 732, 742
- SecuriCare 5-year Warranty
- Duration: Five years from date of shipment
- Condition: Any reason including, but not limited to, installation error, vandalism or force majeure.
- Replacement: Replacement product or equivalent shipped at HES’s expense.
- Products Covered: 1006, 1500, 1600, 4500, 5000, 5200, 5300, 7000, 7501, 8000, 8300, 8500, 9400, 9500, 9600, 9700, 9800; Folger Adam 310, 712, 732, 742; Securitron MUNL, UNL
- SecuriCare 3-year Warranty
- Duration: Three years from date of shipment
- Condition: Any reason, including but not limited to, installation error, vandalism or force majeure.
- Replacement: A replacement product or equivalent shipped at HES’s expense.
- Products Covered: ES100 Aperio® Wireless Electric Strike; Cabinet Locks: 600, K Series, KS Series & Accessories
HES warranties apply to products shipped on or before January 1, 2018.
Check your individual product to determine warranty coverage. Batteries and consumables are not covered by HES Warranty programs. Replacement products, at HES’s sole option, may be the identical item or a unit which serves as a functional replacement. If the customer has an account with HES or a valid credit card, the customer may order an advance replacement product, whereby HES will charge the customer’s account for the price of the product plus next day air freight, and will credit back to the customer the full amount of the charge, including outbound freight, upon HES’s receipt of the original product from the customer. HES’s sole and exclusive liability, and customer’s sole remedy, is limited to the replacement of the HES product when delivered to HES’s facility (freight and insurance charges prepaid by customer).
