• 4B+ horizontal mailboxes are U.S.P.S. approved for replacement and/or retrofit installations
• Manufactured by Salsbury Industries to USPS-STD-4B+ Specifications
• Ideal for apartments, condominiums, commercial buildings and residential developments
• Made entirely of aluminum
• Feature a durable powder coated finish available in aluminum, bronze, gold and sandstone
• Available in "A" size doors (6-1/2" W x 5-1/4" H) and larger "B" size doors (13" W x 5-1/4" H)
• Units with standard "A" size doors are available in 3, 4 or 5 doors wide and 5, 6 or 7 doors high
• Units with larger "B" size doors are available in 2 doors wide and 5, 6 or 7 doors high
• Doors include a 5 pin cylinder cam lock (with 2 keys)
• One mailbox opening is required for a master postal lock (installed by the U.S.P.S.) and cannot be used for mail distribution
• Front loading door panel swings on a continuous hinge
• Include factory installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover

Need to a make a return or report a damaged shipment?
No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

FAQ
Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
