- Privacy mortise lock with 2-3/4" backset
- Knob x Knob / Lever x Lever
- Latch bolt by knob either side.
- Deadbolt by turn piece inside and emergency key 0417 outside.
- Inside knob retracts latch and Deadbolt simultaneously, automatically unlocking outside knob.
- 1" (25mm) throw Deadbolt with saw-proof inserts is standard equipment.
- When extended, Deadbolt deadlocks latch bolt.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
