• Each model features a frameless mirror. 735P34WH & 735P34WHG are offered with polished edge mirrors, and 768P34WH is offered with a beveled edge mirror.
• Model 735P34WH & 768P34WH come with steel shelves and model 735P34WHG comes with glass shelves.
• All models are size 12X36; giving a slender, taller cabinet option for a quality look.
• The steel body is treated with an iron phosphate coating then electroplated with a white acrylic for complete rust prevention.
• This is a recessed mount cabinet, can be installed to allow the door to swing either to the left or to the right.

No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.

Special ordered products are not returnable.
