Commercial Electronic Door Hardware

Shop commercial electronic and keypad door hardware for controlled-access openings, including electronic lever locks, keypad locks, electronic deadbolts, and a substantial assortment of mechanical pushbutton locks. These products serve offices, service rooms, restricted areas, institutional spaces, gates, and other openings where keyless or combination-based access is useful. Because the collection includes both powered electronic hardware and non-powered mechanical pushbutton locks, compare the operating technology first. Then verify door or gate preparation, backset, handing, lock function, code or credential method, key override, power or battery requirements where applicable, weather exposure, trim dimensions, and compatibility with the opening.

Commercial Electronic, Keypad and Pushbutton Door Hardware

Commercial keyless door hardware includes several operating technologies. The live assortment contains powered electronic lever locks and deadbolts as well as many mechanical pushbutton locks that operate without electronic credentials or wiring. Distinguishing between those technologies is the first step because installation, programming, power and maintenance requirements differ significantly.

Electronic locks may use keypads, digital codes, batteries, remote controls or other credential and control methods depending on the model. Review power source, battery type, programming method, user capacity, key override and any access-control integration before ordering. An electronic lock that fits the same bore preparation as another model can still have very different programming and operating requirements.

Mechanical pushbutton locks use a combination mechanism rather than powered electronics. The assortment includes lever, knob, deadbolt, surface-mount and hook-bolt formats, including single- and double-combination configurations. These products should be selected by opening type, lock function, door or gate thickness, backset or mounting arrangement and the required method of entry and exit.

Key override and emergency access features vary by product. Some models provide a keyed override while others rely on the programmed code or mechanical combination. Confirm how authorized users will enter, how the inside of the opening operates and how the lock will be serviced if a credential, battery or combination issue occurs.

Before installation, verify door preparation, handing, trim clearance, latch or bolt relationship and environmental suitability. For egress, fire-rated, accessibility or other regulated openings, evaluate the complete door assembly and applicable requirements rather than assuming that a commercial or electronic label establishes compliance. Use the individual manufacturer's specifications for final product selection.
