The CL100 LaviLock is a disabled access lockset designed with ease of use and longevity of service in mind. The brass and stainless steel working components ensure reliability as well as resisting the corrosive outdoor environment they are often installed into.
The LaviLock features easy to read "Vacant / In Use" lettering and 'fail safe' Exit Free functionality. It is driven by a lever operated mechanism that is easy to grasp with one hand, ensuring the lock meets ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities.

The LaviLock is supplied as a complete set includes:

IMPORTANT:

Hardware must be mounted by installers no higher than 48 in (1220 mm) above the finished floor and the clear width of the door opening must be a minimum of 32 inches and a maximum of 48 inches for the accessible door passage to meet ADA guidelines.

Need to a make a return or report a damaged shipment?
No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

FAQ
Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
