Baldwin PS.TRA.TAR Traditional Passage Knobset

The decorative band on the front of the Baldwin Traditional knob adds classic detailing and refined elegance. With its solid brass construction and availability in popular finishes such as Satin Nickel and Venetian Bronze, this knob is both durable and matches a variety of decors. Featuring the Traditional Arch Rose which further adds to the traditional look and feel of the already beautifully designed knob.

Passage Function: Baldwin's passage knobsets have no locking function and are free turning on both sides. These knobs are perfect for a hallway or closet where no locking is necessary. Sometimes passage knobs are used in conjunction with a deadbolt for an entrance or back door.

Need to a make a return or report a damaged shipment?
No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
