About Schaub Assa Abloy
1998 - Founders, Bob and Marcia Schaub started Schaub & Company in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Having worked in the cabinet hardware industry for many years, the Schaubs saw a need for a different kind of company, one focused on service, availability, quality, and unique designs.
The service of the company was based on a small family of employees who knew every product and could quickly help any customer. Further, those products were (and are) available to customers in a timely manner. Schaub cabinet hardware products have a quick turnaround from order to shipping and delivery. And each product is the highest of quality in design and manufacturing.
2006 - The drive to constantly create and design beautiful hardware is what led Schaub & Company to release the Symphony line. Symphony was unlike anything the cabinet hardware industry had seen in generations. The designs were bold and beautiful with aspects like precious inlays and intricate details. The Symphony line continues to be the most imaginative hardware in the market.
2010 - Brought another new partnership for Schaub with ASSA ABLOY. ASSA ABLOY has been the leader in door opening solutions for many years and provided Schaub & Company the opportunity to grow and reach more people with their designs. The partnership was a natural step and Schaub & Company continues to strive to create the best products for its customers. ASSA ABLOY is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and has extensive operations worldwide. Schaub has affiliated companies in the U.S. including Emtek, Sargent, Medeco, Arrow, Curries, McKinney, Securitron, H.E.S., Graham, Yale, Corbin-Russwin, Rixson, Norton, Folger-Adams, PEMKO and Adams Rite.
Schaub & Company continues to introduce new designs and finishes to its collections and remains a leader in the industry for its quality products and service.
