MaxGrade Product Warranty and Return Policy

This Maxgrade Residential Product comes with a lifetime mechanical warranty and a lifetime fi nish warranty to the original user of the product against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty DOES NOT COVER defects caused by improper installation, scratches, deterioration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty DOES NOT COVER US10B/613 "Oil Rubbed Bronze" finish as a change in appearance is the natural feature of this "Living Finish." The Electronic Locks comes with a one year warranty on electrical components.

Customers have up to 60 days to contact our Customer Service Department to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any errors on the purchase. Product must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RGA number. Manager approval is required for any returns after 60 days (subject to a higher restocking fee).
If a customer orders product incorrectly or cancels an order, Top Notch charges a 25% restocking fee. In all instances, the product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original packaging, inside a master carton, with the RGA number on the return packaging label. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

All claims for shortage and/or damaged goods must be reported within five days of receipt of merchandise. If the delivering carrier is responsible for a lost and/or damaged shipment, the purchaser must fi le the appropriate transportation claim with the delivering carrier.
Upon return of a defective product to Top Notch, we may repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. If any problems occur with your Maxgrade Product, please call Top Notch at 800-233-4210, and a Customer Service representative will gladly assist you.
